January 19-23, 2026
Valparaíso, Chile
We are happy to announce the 2nd Latin American Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematics (LACIAM), which will take place in Valparaíso (Chile) at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, from January 19th to 23rd, 2026.
This event aims to bring together researchers and students from Latin America and around the world who are engaged in Applied Mathematics and their connections with industrial challenges.
The first version of this conference took place in Rio de Janeiro in January 2023. This second version includes plenary talks, minicourses, thematic sessions, poster sessions, and panel discussions. We encourage the participation of Latin American students via accommodation and/or travel support.
— Registration will be available from May 2025 onwards.
For more information, please visit our official website. We look forward to your participation in LACIAM!
