Los invitamos a la primera Latin American Week on Coding and Information (LAWCI), que se realizará en la Universidad de Campinas del 22 al 27 de junio de 2018. La semana es un evento satélite oficial del Congreso Internacional de Matemáticos # ICM2018 y se agrega a una lista de eventos en los cinco continentes con el apoyo de IEEE Information Theory Society #ITSoC. Consiste en una escuela de tres días sobre temas introductorios seguida de un taller de tres días. Se buscan contribuciones originales para el taller en todas las áreas de programación y teoría de la información. We would like to invite you all to the first Latin American Week on Coding and Information (LAWCI), to be held at University of Campinas from 22/06/2018 to 27/06-2018. The week is an official satellite event of the International Congress of Mathematicians #ICM2018 and adds to a list of events in the five continents supported by the IEEE Information Theory Society #ITSoC. It consist of a three-day school on introductory topics followed by a three-day workshop. Original contributions for the workshop are sought in all areas of coding and information theory.
